The forty-seven-year old A-list star is selling her West Village home for a whopping $4.5 million dollars. The apartment includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace that sits in the living room. According to Page Six, Julia's decorating ideas came from a Hamptons/California-Beach inspiration. Even though Roberts is selling her West Village apartment, she does have another apartment that is currently being rented out in lower Manhattan.
